Teddy Simons was an amazing help, very communicative. Didn’t try to oversell me and he listened to what I wanted and was mindful of my companies budget for a new vehicle. There was some confusion on the price of the Gladiator Overland as it was listed incorrectly for abut 2500 less than it should have been. Teddy went to bat for me and they honored the price it was listed incorrectly at. everything went very smoothly and was very happy with my experience Teddy will get my business again and so will Courtesy Jeep.

I bought a Ford F-250 from David Duffey and traded in my old truck. I was so upside down in my loan that I wasn’t sure I would finance, but David and the manager worked to help me get a deal. When the first deal fell through because I was moving to a state where the bank couldn’t install a GPS tracker on the new truck, they again worked to get me a new (BETTER) finance deal and pushed back my first payment! I saved at least $800 alone on the new tires they’d put on my truck. Highly recommend David Duffey and Courtesy Jeep!

I want to share my recent experience with Courtesy Jeep in Mesa AZ. I purchased a Jeep Gladiator Sport S. I was on a long rv roadtrip and was not actually able to visit the dealership. I was able to locate the vehicle via an internet search as I was looking for a very specific package and color. I spoke to Edwin Puga who was very personal, and down to earth. Since I knew what I wanted and where I wanted to be on price he quickly got his Sales Manager Jeff Bonner involved. We were able to come to a deal that worked for everybody. They made the process seamless and easy. At no time did I feel any pressure, and they both worked very hard to get me at a price I could buy the jeep for. When I got back from my RV trip I drove down to there dealership where they had my new Jeep detailed, gassed up and ready to go. I met both men and was finally able to put faces to the many text and phone calls. I then met Chris Shelton in financing. This was a very pleasant experience. We talked like we were friends, and there was no high pressure to add extra coverage. He very explained options for me on extended warranties and service. I explained I swap the vehicles out every year to 18 months and will sell before its out of the 36 month warranty. He was very receptive, heard me and did not try to pressure me to buy anything extra. Overall my experience was great. I will definitely recommend them to friend, family and coworkers. If you looking for an easy process in buying a new Jeep, check them out....you wont be disappointed.
