The sales staff and parts counter staff is great! No problems there. The service department is quite a different story. The first trip to service was for a heated steering wheel that is not operating properly. They called me an Uber ride so I could leave the car with them to diagnose the problem. Two hours later I still had no ride home. Found out they gave my ride to another customer. I was told it probably was too warm for the heated steering wheel to work.???? In February???? They agreed to order me a new steering wheel. I was never contacted that it was in (should have taken a few days and I reached out to Travis 2 weeks later and li and behold it was there! (Amazing). I booked an appointment to have the new steering wheel installed. At 4pm I was told they were working on it and should be done by 5. I turned in the rental car and picked up my brand new Jeep (with less than 1500 miles on it). They had installed the wrong steering wheel (never checking it prior to that for the correct color!). I am now waiting to hear if the new and correct steering wheel came in yet. That should have been in over a week ago. Communication in the service department is terrible! The service manager as well is at fault here not verifying that the correct part will be installed and the “mechanic” that installed the steering wheel has an equal part in this fiasco. He should have seen that what he put in was NOT what was taken out. This is the last service appointment I will make at this dealership due to the lack of detail and lack of communication. In the future I will be making service appointments with another dealership.

I had researched for 3 years to find the car I wanted and shopped over a year. I saw the perfect car with low miles and a great price but it wasn’t at the dealership yet when I went the first time. The car had a lot of interest and Andre made sure I had the chance to see it before someone snagged it. Dylon was very helpful both times we came in and they kept me updated while we waited. I came in to the dealership to test drive and gather information for a purchase 1 week in advance. Was given a sales sheet. I came back a week later to make the purchase and they were unable to honor the sales sheet. We tried for over 3 hours to work with them. In the end there was no sale. I wrote a letter to the corporate office. Was given an apology, and was told to please give their service team a try and was assured better help. Well went into the service dealership, there was 4 people sitting in the offices, not one stood up to great me. Instead I was created with a random voice, hello, how can I help. Then when I explained it was warranty work, his tone changed and then asked very pointed, when is your appointment, do you have an appointment? It was a crucial electrical failure with the starting relay. I explained I did not have an appointment cause I didn't know it was not going start. Them was directed to call in and make an appointment for next week. Then when I asked for his name, he gave it to me and stopped responding to me. Then his manager gave me his card, mr hayes, and he thanked me for not buying the Jeep from them, handed me his card, and went and say back down.
