I gave them 4 stars because there was a mixup as to which location, the express lube or the main dealer, would do the work. I drove back and forth a few times. But everyone was professional. Work got done well and in a timely manner. I actually really liked the waiting room. It was well stocked and the espresso worked for me. The Christmas music was decent but too loud. I feel sorry for the staff that had to listen to that all day. I will go back.
I had a great experience with Courtesy Jeep of Superstition Springs. Buying a car is always stressful but I am so glad I worked with Herbert. I tried working with other dealerships closer to home but they were not listening to me. Herbert was the first person, going above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted in my price range. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Working with Chris for financing helped close up the night smoothly with smiles. Leo could not have been more helpful. Our first encounter occurred over the phone when I discovered a hose hanging out of my gas tank evidently left by someone who was trying to siphon gas. It was inextricably stuck - I couldn’t get it out nor put gas in. Two Jeep dealerships, in Tucson, told me they had never pulled a hose out of a gas tank but it would cost me $330 for them to try and I would be responsible for any additional damages. Friendly and courteous staff. Diagnosed my jeep and did repairs to get me mobile again. Big bucks out of my pocket but really no other choice to feel confident it was done right.

I just had the easiest car purchase to date. I received excellent care and costumer service from Matt, Beth and Dave. They took my requests, my trade, options for my jeep and made it all happen. Besides my test drive, we were only on sight for about 30 minutes as Matt and team prepped for our arrival in advance. My trade value was consistent with other offers, my loan rate was the best I could find and the discounts helped us have equity in our purchase driving off the lot. Looking forward to hitting the trails soon!

Had an issue with 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 3.0 Eco Diesel. I met with Service Writer Aaron and went over everything. due to the UAW strike it took a little time to the get the necessary parts but they got them and got everything back together and running as good as ever. Better yet my Factory and extended warranties covered about 80% of the bill. ^5 to Aaron who kept me up to date through the process and the Tech's they did a great job. Andre was everything you can ask for in a sales consultant! We started looking for vehicles a few months ago, and was nothing but patient with us. He let US choose the vehicle, rather than pushing us into something we didn’t like, or couldn’t afford. He had the finance team fight to find us the best rate, rather than just seeing what sticks.
