Excellant service by Brian and repaired in a day. Only reason 4 stars is parts procurement... front struts and associated hardware were ordered in May that's five months to gather the parts for repair. AZ, OR, or Napa one trip you have your parts.

UPDATE: After a bumpy start, I want to applaud Anders for his diligent work and effort. He exceeded expectations and has earned my respect. His communication improved and I was given timely updates. He heard and acted on my feedback. In this day and age when people are so sensitive, instead of staying mad, he listened and I greatly appreciate him for that. Anders will continue to be my go to service advisor and first point of contact when it comes to my Jeep. People deserve grace and credit when they listen and accept feedback. Thank you Anders!

Of all my vehicle purchases over the years, Adam made it very smooth and pleasant.
They worked an unbeatable deal of zero down and a trade close to what my vehicle was actually worth instead of what the buy bid wanted to pay. He was never pushy and let me take as long as I needed to to think it over and go over my bills and sort things out. The only reason I couldn’t buy it is because insurance is so high on everything. Him and his sales manager did what they could for the price of the vehicle but insurance killed it

Just had my vehicle serviced there. I’ve had my vehicle serviced there many times and they have always been outstanding. Tommy took real good care of me. He let me know everything that was going on step-by-step. When I originally made my appointment, I was going to get an alignment done as well. I didn’t realize the price and Tommy let me know before they did the alignment. I’m very thankful for him letting me know the price before they completed the service.
