Horrible dealership!!!! The level of customer service is here is terrible. You’ll get passed around from person to person there while some of the salesmen don’t even know a thing about the cars they are trying to sell. My wife and I went thinking we were going to do a two-car deal with them and had even agreed to put 1k down on each car. We ended up backing out of one deal because of a high interest rate which in all honesty is not their fault, they are not the bank. Here is where the problems started: Neither deal had been 100% finished with signing so we told them we would give both cars back and go somewhere else due to not liking how they had handled either deal. They pushed for over 2 hours to get us to buy the car that had been completely approved through the bank at the rates we wanted and agreed on. I was hesitant and had concerns about the one car because it was seeming to have many issues after driving it around for a couple of days. We came to an agreement that if they fixed issues wrong with the car, we would sign the papers for the car. We made sure to get all of this in writing and signed by appropriate parties. All the while, they were still trying to make another deal with us but not even showing us cars before they were trying to run numbers through banks for. Most typical people like to test drive and look over a car before agreeing to run numbers through a bank. After three days had passed, we still had not heard anything from the dealership or service department to schedule the work that was promised on the car we signed papers on. Numerous calls were made three different times to three different sales managers who each knew nothing about any of the repairs that were supposed to be made to the vehicle. The service just kept getting worse from here. Since we decide not to go forward on a second deal our next battle has been dealing with getting the rest of our down payment back. They said because we paid cash then they would need to issue a check and they would have it for us the following day. When we went to pick up the check it got pushed off another day telling us it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. We go back on the following day and now they’ve told us that they have no idea where the check is which of course at this point has really irritated us. After getting extremely upset and no one being able to figure out where the check was, I left the dealership only to receive a phone call thirty minutes later that they finally found the check. At this point the first thought in my head is how can someone people so careless with someone else’s money. This entire experience was a nightmare and not being able to get a salesman to look at cars on the lot in the beginning should have been our first clue to stay far away. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

Went in twice to get parts for my van and my wifes van. They had the one item I needed and the other was ordered and delivered next day. Awesome. Also I asked a technician about a feature on my van that was not in the owners manual or online. He was able to answer it without hesitation.

Takes forever to get through finance. Recommend getting finance before looking at cars AND DON'T GO ON SUNDAY.
